It is important to find the right designer for your project choosing the right person that listens to your story and understands your needs and they will work towards what you want to achieve. It is important that they are open and honest with you and tell you what will work and what won’t work for your project. The first telephone conversation generally gives you an idea on how well they relate to you.

Here are some helpful hints that will assist the process:

•	Ensure that the Interior Designer does a long brief over the phone before your appointment so that she is well prepared and that you are clear on what you need to do before the appointment so that your time together is productive. Ask as many questions as you need too.
