Investment Property Katoomba
On deciding to replace fibro sheeting and tiled roof on our 50s cottage in Katoomba, Colorbond was our material of choice. Then came the hard part – what colours! After months of searching the web looking at colour combinations and using the Colorbond swatches in various light we settled on a couple of combinations but were unsure as it was important to have a stylish appearance. Then as we got closer to build time I came across Colour My Home online so I contacted Linda and we worked remotely from Canberra.
I provided photos, a plan,shared my thoughts, Linda asked questions and within days I had a great colour scheme which included a trim colour I hadn’t considered. The relief of having this major decision resolved working with a professional was immense, allowing me to move on to other aspects of the work. It will be exciting to see the complete work. Linda was a pleasure to work with.

Just to give you some feedback on your work for our property in Lismore.
So...finally the job is finished. We made a special trip to Lismore in late June to hand the painter your pictures and instructions. We were very pleased to see him take them seriously and ask relevant questions for clarification. He did a great job. And we’re so pleased you encouraged us to get him to patch and paint the tiles on the balcony. What a difference! they have looked terrible ever since we’ve owned the place, it made a huge difference.
The place looks fabulous, freshened up and a much more modern look. We know they’re only photos, (much better in reality!) but we’d be interested to know what you think of the result ? we are thrilled with the outcome. Thank you

I am writing to thank you for your input on our recent new home. As a person new to building and new to the requirements of a modern build, I can see now that the selections I would have made on my own would not have achieved the seamless blend of finishes that we now have.
As my house is being built 3 hours from Sydney, this presented a challenge, but you worked remotely so easily- all I had to do was send you pictures of my product ideas and a brief and you emailed feedback right away. I really admired how you listened to my ideas and thoughts and worked with them to make the end result so good.
You gave me confidence in my selection and this made the choosing process fun. Yes, I actually enjoyed it, rather than worrying that I had made the wrong choices! After having such a positive experience we decided to get your help on further issues. I can’t say enough of how thankful I am for your assistance. You proved to be a good communicator when it came to working over my ideas remotely. I’m so thankful that you were able to come up with a proposal in just 7 days, as I was able to keep up with the Builders’ requests on time. Now the job is done, your fees, were such a small cost compared to the success! You are a master co-ordinator! You have the ability to coordinate a multitude of ideas into one workable end result!
